Sundew ProFOG has been specifically developed and optimised for use with TyphoonDUO PRO Concentrate with Natural Pyrethrin, forming an integrated fogging system designed to deliver consistent, high-performance results. The formulation and surfactant technology within ProFOG enables effective interaction with TyphoonDUO’s water-based microemulsion, ensuring proper mixing, stable fog generation and reliable application performance. The use of alternative fogging agents may result in incompatibility, separation or reduced fog quality, impacting treatment outcomes. For optimal performance, consistency and reliability in thermal fogging applications, TyphoonDUO should be used exclusively with Sundew ProFOG as part of the complete Sundew system.

Sundew ProFOG™ is a specialised liquid fogging agent developed for use through thermal fogging equipment to deliver effective space treatments in both domestic and industrial environments. Designed to generate a fine, dense smoke, ProFOG enables the distribution of insecticidal actives into difficult-to-reach areas including voids, cracks, crevices and enclosed spaces. Its performance characteristics make it suitable for applications across warehousing, food processing facilities, grain silos, vector control programs and general pest management operations where thorough coverage is essential.

Ultra-Fine Fog for Maximum Penetration

ProFOG is formulated to produce an extremely fine fog that is capable of permeating even the smallest spaces. This fine particle size allows the active ingredient to be carried deep into treatment zones where pests harbour, improving contact and treatment effectiveness. Whether applied in large open spaces or confined voids, the fog produced by ProFOG ensures consistent delivery of the active ingredient to target areas that are otherwise difficult to access using conventional application methods.

Flexible Application and Mixing Options

ProFOG is designed to provide flexibility in how fogging treatments are applied. It can be used neat, without the addition of water, to produce an ultra-light fog capable of penetrating deep into cracks and crevices. When used in this manner, very fine atomisation allows insecticide particles to remain airborne for extended periods. Alternatively, ProFOG may be combined with water to increase fog density and create a more visible, moist fog where required. This adaptability allows operators to tailor the fogging characteristics to suit specific treatment environments and objectives.

Non-Flammable Formulation for Safer Operation

ProFOG features a high flashpoint formulation, with a flashpoint greater than 96°C, and is classified as non-flammable.
