The Science Behind the Spin.

Spinosad is classified as a Group 5 insecticide (spinosyns), acting on the insect nervous system by binding to nicotinic acetylcholine and GABA receptors. This mode of action causes hyperexcitation of the insect’s nervous system, leading to paralysis and death. 

Spinogel® Roach takes advantage of horizontal transfer within cockroach populations. Cockroaches feeding on the gel return to harbourage sites and contaminate others via faeces, regurgitation, and contact — ensuring colony-level control.
